Job Description for Training Manager
Experience: Minimum 3 years of experience as a trainer. Experience in sales and background of general insurance will be preferred.
Qualification: Graduate Any stream (10+2+3)
Job responsibilities
1. Conduct training for New Hire batches
2. Conduct online training for field teams
3. Handhold OJT batches
4. Conduct refreshers for on floor associates
5. Analyze performance & Prepare TNI
6. Conduct coaching sessions for bottom performers
7. Prepare and maintain various training data & reports
8. Prepare training documents & Process SOPs
9. Prepare modules as par training needs
10. Develop innovative contents / materials to make the training sessions interesting and more productive.
11. Prepare reports on training efforts & efficiency
12. Drive engagement activities
13. Control attrition for 0-30 days tenure
14. Conduct Reward & Recognition
15. Coordinate with various internal stakeholders
16. Other projects & initiative
