Job Description:
At least 5 years of experience as (Senior) DevOps Engineer ;
Knowledge on network-technology, firewall configurations, storage environments, security (MSSL, Hardening);
Operational - and Technical skills:
Environment management
o Keeping environments up to date
o Release version control: oversee different version on the environments
o Align configuration between environments
Release Management
o Making sure releases are deployed correct, safe and secure
Issue solving
o resolve environment issues to enable testing.
Experience with setting up and maintaining Windows and Linux systems;
Experience with Configuration Management tools and Infrastructure-as-code;
Experience with Ansible and/or Chef, Octopus;
Experience in Powershell or other scripting languages;
Soft skills
A flexible mindset, and natural curiosity that allows you to learn quickly about new technologies;
Great communication skills, for internal and external stakeholders, also in English;
Demonstrated strong results in a Scrum working environment;
A relevant bachelors degree;
Excellent problem-solving abilities and initiative;
Good communication skills.
A big plus:
A relevant masters degree;
Networking and firewalls knowledge
Knowledge of systems like Redis, MongoDB, and ELK;
Expertise in the financial services domain
