Roles and Responsibilities
- Qualified Customer care executive to offer excellent customer service and after-sales support
- Managing incoming customer service concerns (on calls and emails); identifying and assessing customer needs to achieve satisfaction
- Build sustainable relationships and trust with customer accounts through open and interactive communication
- Provide accurate, valid and complete information by using the defined methods/tools
- Understanding the customer concern thoroughly and take action accordingly
- Constant follow up within the departments to fix the customer concerns
- Managing the cases originated from SLT escalation or MD room with higher priority and urgency.
- Update to CC Head on the burning issue/s
- Coordinate with Sales Teams respective Director for escalated cases
- Constant meetings with Sales Coordinators for discussion of the teams respective cases
Desired Candidate Profile
- Real Estate knowledge is preferable but not mandatory
- Microsoft Excel knowledge is must
- Good Communication skill : Spoken and Written
- Customer orientation and ability to adapt/respond to different types of personalities
