Job Description

Roles and Responsibilities

  • Qualified Customer care executive to offer excellent customer service and after-sales support
  • Managing incoming customer service concerns (on calls and emails); identifying and assessing customer needs to achieve satisfaction
  • Build sustainable relationships and trust with customer accounts through open and interactive communication
  • Provide accurate, valid and complete information by using the defined methods/tools
  • Understanding the customer concern thoroughly and take action accordingly
  • Constant follow up within the departments to fix the customer concerns
  • Managing the cases originated from SLT escalation or MD room with higher priority and urgency.
  • Update to CC Head on the burning issue/s
  • Coordinate with Sales Teams respective Director for escalated cases
  • Constant meetings with Sales Coordinators for discussion of the teams respective cases



Desired Candidate Profile

  • Real Estate knowledge is preferable but not mandatory
  • Microsoft Excel knowledge is must
  • Good Communication skill : Spoken and Written
  • Customer orientation and ability to adapt/respond to different types of personalities
