Job Description

Looking for Chartered Accountants / semi qualified Chartered accountants for Non Corporate Tax division of a reputed Chartered Accountants and Consultancy firm based in Bangalore 

Job Location - Bangalore 

Designation - Associate to Assistant Manager

Remuneration range - 4 Lpa to 12 Lpa depending on experience and expertise 

Required skill set : (All or few of below) -

• Working Knowledge in Income Tax matters related to financial transactions such as Mutual Funds, Listed / unlisted Shares, AIFs, Futures & options, Immovable Properties, and other financial products.

• Experience in handling Tax Computations for High-Net-Worth Individuals including analyzing of their bank statements, Portfolio Statements, Demat statements and other fund documents etc.,

• Should have handled regular tax assessments, attending tax office, responses to various notices issued by the tax department

• Technical knowledge in understanding various Income tax provisions and should be able to interpret and understand all the changes in tax laws from time to time.

• Experience in handling Tax Audits of non-corporate entities and MSME Businesses including Professionals like Consultants/ Doctors/ Architects etc.,

• Preparation of Balance Sheets and monthly financial MIS reports for High-Net-Worth individuals and their business entities along with supporting schedules/ Notes

• Working experience in handling Audits of Trusts which include Charitable trusts, Gratuity trusts, PF Funds, Super Annuation funds etc.,
  
• Working knowledge in accounting softwares such Tally, Quick books etc.

• Excellent vocal and written communication skills including drafting emails, preparing tax opinions and Tax notes.

• Should have managed a team size of 10 -15, preferably
