Job Description

• Hiring should be from NBFC background.
• End to end recruitment (Sourcing, screening, shortlisting, scheduling following up with candidates).
• Understanding the requirements and mapping the appropriate profile.
• Ensure maximum number of candidates reach for the scheduled interviews.
• It includes 100% recruitments.
• Should have excellent experience in recruitment.
• Maintain daily basis data of the candidates.
• Posting the job on Naukri/ other portals and using social media like LinkedIn to look for more options and enhancing professional network.
• Source, quality, and match candidates to defined profiles and specific open requisitions across the region.
• Interview coordination.
