Job Location : Mumbai/ Hyderabad/ Gurgaon/ Bangalore/ Pune / Chennai & Kolkata.
Required:
Role/Job Description Functional
- Design and develop Oracle Retail RICEW components
- Have Basic understanding on Oracle PL/SQL
- Develop good understanding on industry leading practice and independently derive the solution
- Able to make quick decisions and provide functional solutions for an efficient environment for project implementation
- Excellent communication skills (Written and verbal) and should be able to independently engage with business stakeholders throughout various phases of Oracle RMS/ReIM/ReSA/RPM/ Allocations/ RIB implementation project
- Able to provide functional training to teams when required and serve as a mentor to team members
- Provide timely updates to the team leads/supervisor/project manager
Key Skills
- 4+ years of functional experience in Oracle RMS implementation/ upgrade projects
- Should have expertise in SQL, PL/SQL, Pro*C, Shell script and analytical skills for debugging issues
- Should have hands on experience in RICEW components
- Experience in designing, developing, deploying, testing and maintaining functional RICEW objects
- Good communication skills (Verbal and Written) ,to be able to articulate the problems and make effective design decision
- Should have good understanding of oracle implementation methodologies such as AIM
- Knowledge in Oracle Cloud will be an added advantage
- Should have worked on at least two of the modules such as RMS, ReIM, ReSA, RTM, RPM, Allocations, RIB
- Should be able to understand the Retail Business Process flow and lifecycle.
Experience:
- 4+ years of experience in implementation of Oracle Retail Projects processes
