Hello, 

To respond new inquiries through any mode such as Just Dial,Mails,Facebook,Twitter,Live Chat,Helpdesk email/calls, etc.on call or mail & follow up for the same.

> To prepare inquiry data in excel format of each mode.

> To inform customers about Feasibility of location,verify KYC Documents & also guild to users for Online Payment.

> If Location is feasible then inform the customer & get the installation done through proper coordination with customer & field technician.

>Get the payment done online & also ask customers to install a Mobile App.

>Updation & Followup for E- KYC & & E-CAF

Desired Skill :

1.Graduate in commerce
2.Excellent communication skill - Written & Verbal in English,Hindi & Marathi (Optional)
3. knowledge of excel
