Lead Software Engineer - Hyderabad @ CA Technologies

In this role, You will be busy with

• Planning, designing, developing and testing software systems and applications for software enhancements and new products.

• Initiating innovative design, development concepts

• Collaborating with management on long-range goals

• Responsible for development of high impact and/ or long-range strategic projects and initiatives

• Coaching and mentoring and supporting other junior team members

• Determining methods and procedures on new assignments

• Developing and/or applying innovative technologies and concepts

• Playing a key role in major initiatives
  

You are an ideal candidate in case the following items match with You and your experience

• University degree (BA / BS or higher) with 8+ years of relevant experience

• You feel very comfortable with the following technologies
  Java, Spring boot, Kafka, reactive streams (Webflux)

• You worked in an Agile environment and understand methods like Scrum, SAFE

• Fluent English and excellent communication skills

• You have a can do and positive attitude and you are team player
  

To really stand out as the perfect person for this role, you may also have:

• Experience with graph-, nosql or time series databases is considered as an advantage

• You understand and worked with a set of these tools and technologies
  ReactJS, Kibana, Docker, Kubernetes, Openshift and / or GKE, SaaS development

• Full-stack development experience (still, focus will be on the backend)
