- 50% management+ 50% hands-on - auto+ manual
- Create Test plan
- Review test cases
- Monitor Test coverage
- Manage and track UI+ backend+ integration testing
- Ensure smooth testing of the releases, post prod test
- Look for Process optimization
- Should be able to debug issues thus reducing turnaround time
- Good to have - java, db tech, deployments, auto frameworks
Good Communication Skills required.
