Job Description
Looking for strong technical experience in backend development. Have worked on large-scale cross dependency program management, risk and stakeholder management. Should also be good at problem solving.
Roles & Responsibilities
Plan out a process of execution which involves: Identify stakeholders, work out a RACI, define scope sensible milestones and iterations for the project/issues driving SPOCs in multiple teams to collaborate and create a joint schedule. holding SPOCs accountable for delivery. identifying risks to Success and bubbling them up to relevant Leaders attention.
Act as a Hub for all participating Teams, Functions, Disciplines. Be able to react to situations and take decisions in the best interest of the Program/Project. Be the source of truth for any stakeholder w.r.t the Project. Manage the tracking and delivery of complex, multi-quarter technical projects spanning many teams andstakeholders.
Partner with PM/Engineering to oversee and help craft the product roadmaps for Interop and DeveloperTools Provide Objectives and Key Results (OKR) management, coordination, and support. Launch review processcoordination/support. Manage the execution within the Engineering team, identifying opportunities for process overheadreduction/velocity improvement Work cross-functionally with product and business teams to deliver amazing experiences
Drive operational excellence through engaging with stakeholders and identifying areas for improvement Bring a high-level view from Program/Initiative execution to the business management team. Ensure Program - Strategic alignment and measurement of progress through program management best-practices. Identify and manage cross-initiatives and cross-department dependencies, risks and issues. Track and report high-level view of the program's execution to senior management.
Assist teams with release coordination and product readiness. Work with the management and program leads to track and manage risk. Track and coordinate resolution of escalations. Contribute to organizational performance improvements (e.g. JIRA, dependency management, quarterlyplanning, etc.). Conduct post-program evaluations with the ability to identify improvements for optimal process flow. Stakeholder Management: ensure that program initiatives meet leadership and/or customer expectations,timely communication/escalation to leadership
. Ensures the senior management team is informed on program status and risks, and manages initiativerelated escalations to resolution. Ability to translate a problem statement into a set of Metrics that reflects each key stakeholders interest Ability to be absorb ambiguity and be able to set clear goals for participating teams/SPOCs Ability to condense risks or new information into key essentials and informing relevant leaders for fasterdecision making. Ability to think critically Technology experience - of developing, testing and releasing products.
Eligibility
Looking for someone who has worked in backend development and gradually moved towards the program management role.Possess strong technical experience in backend development. Have worked on large-scale cross dependency program management, risk and stakeholder management. Should also be good at problem solving.
