Designation : Relationship Manager

Location: Bangalore (HSR Layout)

Reporting Line: Team Lead Business

Experience : Minimum 2 years of sales experience with a fintech, bank, NBFC, insurance, ecommerce, food-tech company

Package : Upto 4.5 LPA

Role Description

Based on previous experience, the candidate will be assigned either of the following roles:

Relationship Manager

- Develop & nurture relationships with channel partners and enable them to achieve more business

- Sourcing business through channel (partners), and building and nurturing relationships with them

- Control Attrition rate of partners by maintaining active engagement with them

- Maintaining high service quality and experience for partners and customers

- Taking ownership of the entire sales process to increase overall business, while maintaining high service quality and experience for partners and customers
