Job Summary
Global Delivery Services (GDS) is a driving force behind EYs globalization currently incorporating Procurement, Talent, Finance and Accounting, IT, Risk management, Talent, Creative Agency, Learning Solutions and Program Execution Services it aims to achieve effectiveness and efficiency in order to provide sustainable value and is at the core of EYs most notable transformation projects.
Position Details:
Job Title : Autoamtion Specialist
Department : Service Excellence
Reporting to : Assistant Director
Required experience:
- Total experience between 8-12 Years
- 8-12 Years of total experience with strong expertise in Data analysis and Visualiztaion and complex data handling ETL to Business KPI Reproting
- Should have an experience working on complex projects on data modelling and visualization providing analytical solutioning
- Preferred experience of working with major global corporations on client facing projects (Ideally currently working in either: Big 4, global management consultancy firm or blue chip organizations like Accenture, IBM )
Competencies/ skills
- Strong knowledge in Microsoft PowerBI for data visualization, chart, dashboard and report creating
- Strong expertise in DAX & M language
- Some experience in ETL platforms, mainly in the data visualization component
- Experience creating real-time PowerBI dashboards with SharePoint and SQL backend
- Be very good in writing SQL Queries and complex stored procedures
- Create Analytics / OLAP Cubes (Microsoft SSAS and MDX)
- Alteryx/Spotfire knowledge is an added advantage
- Experience in Reporting in PowerBI, Business Data Analysis and Business Intelligence.
Analysing data, structuring it and giving them an insight on the dashboard phase
Experience in Data Analysis packages like SSIS, SSRS etc
Other skills
- Implementing statistical and data mining techniques e.g. hypothesis testing, machine learning, and retrieval processes on a large amount of data to identify trends, figures and other relevant information
- Experience in Azure DevOps, Agile/Scrum methodology
- Self-starter who can work independently, displays initiative and is a problem solver
- Good Facilitator scheduling sessions and meetings
- Usage of Minitab/Microsoft Powerpoint, Excel and Word
Education
BE/BTech/MCA with a sound industry experience of 5 to 6 Yrs.
