Job Summary

Associate and Project Managers play a vital role as the face of the organization while meeting Hospitals and Senior Doctors. We are looking for experienced candidates with minimum 2 years of work experience in sales. The candidate should be willing to travel within the city and to put in long working hours to meet the targets.

Job Description

Roles and Responsibilities

1. The person will be responsible for driving overall Phable revenue & growth in B2B channels.

2.Will work closely with founders, central growth, business & ops teams to formulate growth

strategy & drive new initiatives.

3.Own & drive the timely execution of all growth initiatives & daily sales operations - e.g. Setting up and meeting management teams at Hospitals, product demos, proposal writing, product

4.pricing, digital marketing, brand marketing, BTL/ATL activation, B2B corporate / insurance tie-ups.

5. Working in synergy with the city team and ensuring smooth operations.

6. Keeping track of daily, weekly and monthly performance of the entire team within the city.

Communication

• Excellent English skills - Ability to Speak & Write
• Excellent Hindi skills - Ability to Speak
• Good Kannada skills - Ability to Speak.
