Job Description
- End to End Recruitment from Job Posting, screening cvs & sending them to respective Heads
- Interaction with the counter parts for vacancies & closures
- Communication with Vendors
- Recruitment MIS
- Weekly reports
- Issue of offer letters
- Salary negotiation of junior to senior level.
- Work on Niche and super niche roles.
- Advertise jobs across different job boards, social media platforms and other channels
- Determines applicant requirements by studying job descriptions and job qualifications.
- Determines applicant qualifications by interviewing applicants, analyzing responses, verifying references, and comparing qualifications to job requirements.
- Headhunt passive seekers
- Handhold and take the role to closure.
- Ability to deliver multiple tasks simultaneously.
