Interview Timing: 10:00 AM to 2:00 PM

Job Role:

Prompt response to customer inquiries through chat / Calls, Agent should follow all the process orders, forms, applications and requests, keep records of customer interactions including record details of inquiries, comments.

Skill Set:

Good typing skills with good verbal and written communication skills.

Should speak English, Hindi mandatory and 1 more regional language preferable Telegu/ Kannada/Bengali/ Tami etc..

Other Details:

Rotational Day Shift for female employee and Rotational shift for male employee (including night shift)

Weekly 1 day off

Salary: INR 1.8 LPA to 3 LPA
