Roles and Responsibilities

Responsible for evaluation including diagnosis, management and stabilization of Critically ill patients.

Coordinating the research and academic activities for the Pediatrics critical care department

Ensuring comprehensive team work at medical and paramedical levels

Monitoring the training programs of the medical and paramedical staff on a regular basis

Streamlining of all the administrative processes and coordination with the ancillary hospital units like pharmacy, biomedical, nursing, labs to ensure competent patient care.

ICU on call 24 x 7 x 365

Responsible for smooth running of Intensive care units both clinically and administratively

Regular follow ups of patients admitted under critical care medicine

Coordinating research and academic activities of the department.
