In the field of : Freight forwarding, Warehouse Storage Solutions, Import-Export/CHA, Project Logistics, Contract Logistics, Domestic Transportation
Criteria :
6+ Years of hardcore experience in any of above fields
Stable career
Graduate / MBA preferable
Implementing sales marketing strategies
Collecting customer feedback and market research by being on the ground and getting to the core of the Transport industry, it's trending issues, competition mapping and putting that into sales strategy
Managing the portfolio of clients as per Company Standards have account management responsibilities too with QBR (Quarterly Business Review)
Generating reports for the effectiveness of the marketing and sales plan
Conducting market research with on field research and surveys to developing new marketing strategies, products, services in line with market demand.
Engaging in superior customer service by making information readily available to other departments like operations, technology and support
