Customer Support Agent - Data Quality @ Truecaller

What do we expect from you

• 2+ years of customer support experience ( with additional experience in data, like report generation, data cleansing, data collection., etc)

• Knowledge of other languages is a big plus

• Excellent English communication skills, both verbal and written

• Graduation (Any)

• Working knowledge of Microsoft Excel

What will you work on

• Improve the quality of user data.

• Make Outbound calls to collect more information from the users.

• Respond to user email if necessary

• Maintain a database by entering new and updated customer and account information.

• Prepare source data for computer entry by compiling and sorting information.

• Verify entered customer and account data by reviewing, correcting, deleting, or reentering data.

• Purge files to eliminate duplication of data.

• Maintain operation by following policies and procedures and reporting needed changes.

• Maintain customer confidence and protect operations by keeping information confidential.

• Analyse the current data and make improvements where needed.

• Contribute to team effort by accomplishing related results as needed.
