Description
Success Champion will primarily ensure realizing technology enabled business changes to achieve the intended business and system benefits.
Key Responsibilities
Focus on 3 main areas of IT enabled business change (a) Stakeholder (user community) relationship management (2) Change Management and (3) Skills Management
Stakeholder Management
Provide Level 1 support to user queries and issues and escalate to Level 2 support for unresolved issues
Drive adoption of the application through continuous assessment of the usage, dialog with the user community and surveys.
Conduct periodic audits of the systems and identify potential areas for improvement and gaps in the usage of the system.
Provide regular updates to the leadership teams on adoption and user issues for collective resolution of issues.
Recommend and oversee realization of necessary course corrections on the usage of the system.
Change Management
Assess business impact due to introduction of new or enhanced IT applications
Plan and execute appropriate change management interventions to effect successful transition of new or enhanced IT and sustained effective usage of the systems
Participate in the requirements analysis and design of the systems to ensure the systems are aligned to the business direction and designed for the right user experience
Skills Management
Plan, develop and conduct relevant learning programs related to IT applications and Evaluate learning outcomes
Source and manage partners for delivery of learning programs
