Job Description

Dear Candidates,

We are urgently looking candidates for our office based in Mumbai location.

Position : Training Supervisor

Job location : Andheri west (Nearby Station)

Salary : Negotiable

Job description :

1.Take training bookings from marketing team daily and update training sheet with complete details of bookings/payments etc. as per falcon standard for all courses /all centers as received the booking from marketing team/online booking or some other sources.
2.Forward all booking detail immediately to concern falcon center manager/Admin to arrange training accordingly and keep follow up for all arrangement.
3.Forward all bookings immediately to Sr. Management to communicate with our principal like IADC/NEBOSH etc. for uploading on website and coordinate with them for any concern.

Updating all Falcon Training sheet as per training booking

Training scheduling for IADC, NEBOSH & IOSH
Training class scheduling in IADC, NEBOSH & IOSH in portal
Arrange Instructor with logistic.
Coordinate with Local Centers staff and arrange necessary requirements.
Coordinate with senior management, Assistant Centre Manager & Center manager for any type of information or help to complete training smoothly.
Coordination with accounts team for instructor claims & Falcon payment details.
