Regional Sales Manager Karnataka | 12-15 LPAAyurveda company - OTC Division in Karnataka | Experience : 10-15 Years in Sales | Qualification : Degree
Important -
7+ Years Experience in Pharma / Aurveda / OTC line Business Development/Sales
Responsibilities- Managing steady growths by expanding markets, developing/implementing sales strategies
- Increase Sales & Profitability sustainably in line with Monthly/Quarterly/Annual business plans
- Primary & Secondary targets set by the company is being achieved Monthly/Quarterly/Annually
- Direct Sales team & establish sales targets SKU wise as per business plan, help them in breaking
the same geographically, monthly, weekly & daily targets
- Motivate & direct Sales team to establish coverage, distribution & display objectives to meet sales targets
- Maintain and develop an efficient distribution network to ensure the comprehensive availability of
company's products across the region to achieve or exceed the sales targets
- Establish and ensure that all sales administration procedures relating to the region are properly
implemented to support the sales teams in their efforts to accomplish the sales targets
- Liaise with Marketing team to ensure adequate POSMS & other merchandising tools are available
in the region in order to provide brand visibility and promote sales in the region
- Plan & execute new business strategies to achieve Turnover & Profit targets.
- To ensure that timely data & reports are giving to the company as per the requirement.
Qualifications- About 15yrs of experience in which 5 years should in the managerial role in good OTC Company
- Graduate degree is preferred | Good communication & people management skills
