We would like to inform you that we do have urgent requirements for HR/Trainer/Quality Officer (Work from home). We are offering HR/Trainer/Quality Officer (Work from Office) profile and we have mentioned more details about our requirements below.

HR/Trainer Executive (Work from Home) Job Responsibilities are:-

1. Hire People HR/Trainer has to call at our given Telecaller Executive Database and inform them about our requirements of work from homes. If any candidates want to apply then send them a job proposal and telephonic interview details.

2. Proposal Email & Manage Tele Sales Executive Details- HR has to send company proposals from the company official email id and inform them about the interview schedule. HR has to manage interested applicant/candidates data and share the final sheet of all candidates to the HR Manager by end of the day. (Follow Up should be sticky managed into given format only)

3.Conduct Interview- HR/Trainer has to take one round interview of the applicant/candidates as per company requirements.

4. Training- HR/Trainer has to give training to hired tele-callers about how to sell our services/goods/product and teach them sales tactics. Entertain about company policy and work culture.

5. Handing Enquiry- HR/Trainer has to handle enquiry of work from home employees regarding salary/leave/notice period/others.

6. Maintain Record- HR/Trainer has to maintain a record of all work from home employees and share it with their reporting authority.

7. Quality Audit- Quality Officer has to audit live agents call and give them quality feedback.
