CTC: NEGOTIABLE /HIKE ON CURRENT SALARY + Incentive as Applicable
JOB DESCRIPTION:
1. Ensure Industrial product sales in potential institutions , mainly hotels , manufacturing industry , IT companies , Bars and Pubs , Hospitals , Clubs , large commercial kitchens , Educational institutions etc. ( Should have very good experience in Industrial / commercial product Sales )
2. Intensify demand generation activities and efforts.
3. Handle fabricators / consultants /commercial Interior Decorators/Architects/Builders / PMC etc in the area
4. Be accountable for the total territory in sales, cost and operations
5. To coordinate with service team and ensure timely resolution of service issues
6. ensure commercial discipline
7. Should have handled large institutional customer requirements.
8. Should have been exposed to Demand Generation activities ( Specifically good in cold call generation).
9. Should have understanding of pricing structure, margins, profit & loss
10. must have worked in structured institutional sales with ownership of complete sales process - from lead generation( cold calls ) to closure of sales , installation and commissioning .
11.Sincere, passionate and hardworking.
