Job Description

Note- Need Candidates from any Dialer technology background .

Responsible for uploading the calling data, churning, and utilizing the data for optimum use.

Responsible for process target allocation basis the data/daily input in system, data consist of customer information

Making sure of data privacy while uploading and updating TSO's on call logs for lead generation

Deliver effective dialing strategies to enhance the success of inbound service campaigns.

Consistently review results of various tests and controls related to Inventory Management and Dialer Strategy execution; implement findings

Understand & review Liquidation of various portfolios, and work with Managers to develop strategies that minimize costs, and maximize revenues on these portfolios

Work with team to ensure complete optimisation of dialer function as well as best use of data provided. Deliver effective dialling strategies to enhance the success of multiple outbound sales campaigns

To drive increased productivity through use of the dialer system and associated tools and software

Skills Required

Good Communication Skills in English & Hindi

Strong Presentation skills

Good Team Coordination skills

Analyse business practices

Competencies Required:

Follow documented business explicit / implicit rules to make a decision

Trouble shooting and Analytical skills

Flexible - in shifting priorities and multiple deadlines

Excellent knowledge of Ms Excel

Required Qualification / Experience

Full Time Graduate / Post Graduate

3 to 5 yrs. of relevant experience in Call Center(preferred)

Call-centre experience in GI industry will be an added advantage

Age Criteria

25 - 32 Yrs.
