Job Description

Researching for new suppliers/vendor at a low cost with good quality standard.

Manage a good rapport with existing vendors.

Liaising with suppliers.

Regular check and projection of the stock levels to meet the demand.

Negotiating the best prices with suppliers to save the cost and increase the profitability of the organization.

Preparing of various MIS and reports.

Manage good business relationship with the existing vendors and Development of new vendors.

Ensure Inventory should be as per agreed Norms close Coordination with store, PPC Supplier.

Select the best suppliers for the purchase of the raw materials and other products at a cheaper price.

Keep and check the right stock level of raw material and other goods to meet the production and maximize business efficiency.

Negotiating and agreeing contracts and monitoring their progress - checking the quality of service provided and managing the vendor contracts.

Keeping contract files and using them as reference for the future.
