Job Description

4+ yrs. of relevant experience in deployment, administration, support and troubleshooting of the OpenText Content Suite Platform and surrounding components (Content Server, Archive Server, xECM, Brava, OTDS, Search Indexing).

Experience delivering service using ITIL methodology

Participate in the day- to- day administration of the systems, including Incident Problem Management

Participate and contribute to change release management process.

Excellent communication and written skills.
