We are hiring for Media Specialist Position for an MNC for Bangalore location .

ASSIGNMENT RESPONSIBLITIES

• Prepares media source files for editorial and motion graphics
• Uses professional editing software and proprietary tools to capture and/or import ultra-high definition and proxy media
• Prepares content for finishing as needed
• Perform simple edits as needed
• Works effectively with a wide range of digital media, including formats unique to social media
• Uses video encoding tools to generate a wide variety of files for online playback
• Assists in the development and upkeep of efficient, repeatable processes and workflows for encoding and distribution
• Partners in communicating these processes to the Target Creative team and various external partners
• Prepares content for archiving
• Industry standard tools to fulfill requests coming from Target Creative and the Target Enterprise as a whole
• Adapts appropriately to competing demands and shifting priorities
• Supports team
• Ensures quality and accuracy of work
• Seeks creative solutions to overcome obstacles

QUALIFICATIONS:

• College graduate
• 2-3 years of media production technology experience or related field experience
• Able to quickly grasp Target Creatives strategies, goals and objectives
• Effective communication and presentation skills
• Proficiency with current professional video encoding and editing applications
• Proficiency at a basic level with Adobe products and other post tools
