Job Description F&A - P2P - Invoice Processing: - Having experience on handing Invoice processing in SAP ERP - Having experience on handing Invoice processing in Read soft OCR - Having experience on handing EDI, T&E & P-Card processing - Having experience on handling Payment execution - Having experience on handling other activities like Reconciliation, Supplier queries, Cash Forecast & Month end reporting, T&E and P-Card, Admin

Additional Job Details Include information like Qualification, Years of Experience, Level Flexibility and Skill.

• Handling PO & NPO Invoice Processing in Read Soft OCR & Workflow
• Handling PO & NPO Payment Processing (including urgent payments)
• Handling Payment Accuracy and Reconciliations
• Handling Travel & Expense Claims, Electronic invoice & ERS management
• Handling AP / Vendor Statement Reconciliation
• Handling Procurement Card Processing
• Handling Vendor inquiries resolution including Client / Customer calls
• Handling T&E Concur administration
• Handling Procurement Card Administration
• Handling Unclaimed Property - Escheatment Process
• Handling Statistical, status & KPI / SLA reporting
• Handling Month end processing & Cash Forecasts
• Handling Unclaimed Property - Escheatment Process
• Handling T&E and P-Card admin

Shift timing 6:00PM 3:30AM

Work from office/Home Office

• Experience with good communication skill
• Graduation: Only BBA, ,B.COM (No Engineering)
• Immediate joiner
• Location- Chennai- cdc5
• CTC- 25k
• Shift- Night shift
• 2 Dose of Vaccine (Mandatory)

2 Yrs experienced (Mandatory)Requirement :

1. Good communication skill with P2P knowledge
2. Willing to work Fixed night shift.
3. Currently, we are in the work from home state but should be flexible for both WFH and WFO (work from office).
