Job Title: Team Leader
Job Location: Mumbai Andheri (Work from office)
Reports to: Project Manager
Job Purpose
A challenging position for a Team Leader that will involve ensuring that all the team operations are running smoothly. The role will involve ensuring that the team gets proper support and assistance for delivery of claims as per the clients SLA. Team Leader will be working for one of our reputed domestic banking client. Process is related to Mortgage/loan processing (Auto Loan, Home loan, Business loan, personal loan etc).
Key Responsibilities
Productivity Quality
1. Educates trains team members on the process
2. Domain and process expertise to guide the team where required
3. Manage floor discipline
4. Ensure floor attendance, MIS reports attendance reports
5. Run quality checks, ensure proper quality checks, Final and master quality checks are conducted
6. Production report management skill set management, work allocation, SLA adherence, proper TAT, benchmark analysis, team productivity
7. Take disciplinary action where necessary and provide relevant feedback to the concerned team member
Teamwork and initiative
1. Communicates with team to solve problems and improve the quality of work (Including feedback to below average performers)
2. Maintains continuous communication with team members
3. Works with team to effectively implement change in process
4. Contributes to a positive work environment
5. Development of team basis their strengths. Makes an effort to improve job skills and knowledge of team members.
6. Contributes to the profitability by making incremental changes to the process / process improvement suggestions
