Job Description :
- End to end recruitment for lateral positions pan India across IT or Non IT positions
- Understand job descriptions and Source potential candidates from various online channels (e.g. social media and professional platforms like Naukri, Linkedin )
- First level of screening of suitable candidates via phone
- Continuously build and expand talent network in assigned practice area using various recruitment techniques
- Coach and hand hold candidates through the interview process
- Understand compensation structure, involve in competitive landscaping of compensation and advise candidates on offers received

Job Requirement:
a) MBA (HR)fresher's (2020 - 21 freshers only)
b) Good communication skills
