Job Description
THIS POSITION ON THIRD PARTY PAYROLL
Roles and Responsibilities:
- Own and Drive Digital Strategy and Roadmap for function
- Drive identification of requirements across business units and identify potential automation opportunities through a study of existing tools, processes and needs from business
- Serve as thought leader for business processes, developing forward-thinking automation prototypes that promote increased efficiency and productivity on multiple levels
- Create and implement precise management plans for every project, with attention to transparent communication at all levels
- Work closely with the Operations team and translate operational requirements into technical requirements with benefits and level of effort.
- Perform, evaluate, and communicate thorough quality assurance at every stage of Automation Lifecycle
- Determine and develop user requirements for automation units in production, to ensure maximum usability and Development of tools.
- Coordinate and work closely with global stakeholders to ensure alignment
- Strict adherence to Organization Information Technology and Security Policies
- Clearly define support model and service levels to ensure business continuity
- Continuously update self on evolving business ecosystem and proactively identify and drive digitalization opportunities
- Preparing Request For Changes Document and prioritizing it.
- Ensure cordial working relationship with all stakeholders.
- Conduct User Acceptance test with support from Operation team
Monitor tool performance post change deployment
Required Candidate profile
- Bachelor of Computer Engineering, Computer Science, Information Technology or Masters in Computer Application

Exposure to Automation technologies like Robotic Process Automation, Machine Learning, Artificial Intelligence, etc. along with traditional scripting/database technologies.
- Excellent communicator with the ability to translate complex processes into simple blocks.
- Proven analytical abilities
- Proven role in development of innovative and impactful systems solutions
Experience:
- Experience in an analytics and systems development capacity
- Practical experience generating process documentation and reports
- Strong working knowledge of relevant Microsoft applications, including Visio / Microsoft Project
- Proven capabilities in project and user-testing management
- Extensive experience with data visualization
- Highly proficient technical writing capabilities
