1. Answer incoming product inquiry calls and emails.
2. To execute all outbound sales calls as per the process and ensure target is met
3. Coordinate with regional sales heads and cluster heads to ensure customer issues are addressed
4. Prepare and share MIS
5. Ensure all incoming/outgoing call details / email are logged in CRM or according to standard operating procedures
6. Identify and escalate issues to supervisors.
7. Provide product and service information to merchants and distributors for conversions
8. Follow up with merchants and distributors for sales closure
9. Follow up with various internal stakeholders for getting the issues closed for merchants and distributors
10. Maintain continuous contact with merchants / distributors in order to keep customer file updated in cases of discrepancy.
