Past Experience
Compulsory work experience of minimum 4+ years (current / recent) in
any Departmental, Supermarket, Gourmet or Convenience Store.
Should have knowledge of Gourmet Foods, World Foods, Handling customers, POS / Basic
accounts, Vendor Management
Should have experience of handling multiple outlets / chain outlets.
Job Profile
Key Responsibilities Are;
Setting up team, training team for each outlet, existing / new as per scenario
Should set up SOP for multiple outlets & ensure each outlet is performing with Daily,
Weekly & Monthly tasks & targets
Ensuring tie-ups with brands for promotions + placement fees + strategic tie-ups
Ensuring daily SOPs being followed
Daily / Weekly / Bi-weekly visit to outlets for SOP checks + Surprise Audit
Ensuring Sales target are set & met per store
Daily management of all outlets + addressing issues, if any.
Relationship management with each outlet Franchise Owner, addressing their
issues / grievances
Brand tie-ups, additional inventory & procurement of marketing collaterals
Probation Period
First 3 months of joining will be probation period, performance based.
Termination without notice period from either side incase candidate is non-performing or
indiscipline.
