Job Description

What this job involves-


Proactively engage in Identifying && sourcing of quality supply of Corporates and Retail brands for
commercial leasing of our space for our Properties.
These activities need to be undertaken through focused BD, networking, leveraging the existing
relationships of other corporate and Retail brands.
Leading Meetings with key decision makers and Initiate discussions to understand their real estate
requirements, assess client requirements, initiate && maintain client interactions, provide inputs on
pricing, participate in proposal discussions.
Drive marketing activities such as presentations, proposals, preparing information memorandums,
financial analysis, market intelligence etc.


Responsibilities:


Responsible for identifying && nurturing existing key corporate relationships && build new relations.
Demonstrate strong business development activities through networking, industry seminars and
other sources. Leverage existing and new relationships with developers and corporates particularly
focusing on sourcing.
Networking with real estate intermediaries, local brokers for identifying business opportunities.
Preparation of marketing materials such as presentations, proposals etc. Develop and execute
parallel strategies for business development.
Responsible for meeting and / or exceeding individual targets
Assess client requirements, initiate & maintain client interactions, provide inputs on pricing,
participate in proposal discussions. Assess client requirements && Execute Transaction Sourcing of
corporate and retail clients, Client Presentations, site Inspections, providing pricing inputs,
Negotiations & Legal, Closure. Ensure comprehensive market coverage whilst proposing suitable
options to clients. Ensure timeliness and accuracy of deliverables. Strong financial skills. Ability to
independently conduct client meetings, follow-ups and successful closure of deals.
Prepare information memorandums, financial analysis, analytical, market intelligence, and seek
inputs from solicitors, legal consultants && Government bodies.
Ensuring optimum client service delivery and engagement - calls, meetings, site visits, presentations,
follow up, accurate & timely submission of company proposals to prospective clientele and overall
governance during the execution phase.

Technical Skills & Competencies


Excellent Presentation and Negotiation skills
Network with Retailers / Brands / Corporates
Good knowledge of Commercial leasing agreements, Deeds, Mou's etc.
Should be self-motivated, open to multi-task, direct experience of handling clients, open to travel
across India
Leasing experience of minimum 5 -8 years.
Graduate from a reputed college / university. MBA / Post Graduate would be an added advantage
Excellent Communication & inter-personal skills. Strong analytical, proven negotiation & financial
skills with the ability to adapt to change
Proficient in MS Office (Word, Excel, Power point)
Self-starter, Confident, Collaborative with ability to multi task and work in a team
