Job Description

Marketing Head- Architectural/Decorative Paint

A client of Corporate Destination is looking for a Marketing Head who has a minimum of 5+ years of experience working as a head or deputy head in an organization of Decorative/Architectural paints and 15+ years in marketing and sales.

The marketing Head is responsible for developing and establishing a brand for the company. He/she will formulate the branding strategy, define the product portfolio and SKU mix, perform consumer research, closely collaborate with R&&D to inform new product development and innovation, define marketing mix, design pricing strategy, and develop channel engagement and incentives strategy and manage stakeholder engagement and incentives strategy and
manage stakeholder engagement.
