:
Will be directly responsible to Recruit, lead && guide a team of Financial Consultants.
Imparting Sales && Product training to the team of Financial Consultants.
Execute the day plan && monitor the daily working of the team.
Following up with the Financial Consultants for new business opportunities and setting up meetings with prospective clients.
Accompany the Financial Consultants and demonstrate successful sales skills.
Overseeing the development of Financial Consultants.
Execute the Team Sales targets and there by achieving ones individual target.
Key Skills : Life Insurance, Sales, Agency Channel
Min. to Max Experience: 1yr to 10 yrs
Salary Range : 2Lacs to 4Lacs
Location : Rajahmundry, Anantapur, Vizag, Nellore, Kadapa, Warangal, Tirupati
