Urgent opening for Female Head Strategy for Leading MNC Manufacturing in Chennai

Candidates who worked in Industrial automation Manufacturing are preferable

1. Responsible for strategy planning efforts, leading the cross function strategic projects for several business of the company in India.

2. Developing new and actionable insights into industry/competitive dynamics.

3. Helping to formulate, facilitate and communicate an organization's strategic initiatives and future goals.

4. Enable sales and marketing vision is achieved.

5. Must be very strong in Strategic formulation/Analytics

6. Must give a consultative approach to the business and top leaders in the company.

7. Understand the business dynamics for the products in India and work on new initiative/projects.

8. Able to work in multi culture global environment/working with various stake holders.

9. Lead in the creation of frameworks and analysis to support strategic decisions.

10. Conduct analysis on topics such as new market opportunities, strategic initiatives, business development, competitive landscape, and cross-business segment opportunities etc.

11. Possess excellent communication and leadership qualities

12. This position reports to President of the Company.
