Job Description

Role:

Books suppliers invoices according to GAAPguidelines and under consideration of legal requirements
Cooperates with responsible purchaseorganization in order to clarify issues, may contact supplier actively toclarify questions
Orders or releases payments due, when assignedby accountable management
Partnering with FO (as applicable), identifyand implement process improvements and best practice initiatives.
Contributes to balance sheet and PLclosing
Assist with the audit of invoices and Otherdisbursement services activities as required
Assist with the training and developing ofstaff members. Assist in coaching, motivating and developing new team members.

Academics: .

Graduate - Bcom, Mcom, MBA Finance
Accounting Knowledge
Proficiency in MS Office packages likeWord,Excel,Powerpoint, Access
Excellent Verbal and written Communicationskills.
Proficiency in ERP like SAP.
