Key Challenges for the role
ABSLI agency has done 534 MDRT in last FY and we have to create 1000 MDRT by production year2022; with the
growth it is imperative to bring in new high producing advisors in the system and ensuring them qualifying for the
club contests and MDRT
Keeping high net worth advisors engaged and continue to develop them
Ensuring prompt service to the clients of the HNI advisors. To ensure quality advisors recruitment, ABSLI has to
provide best in class service to both clients and distributors.
Ensuring that business is carried out as per the compliance & regulatory environment
