Job Description

Roles and Responsibilities

• Monitor securities & funds pay in / payouts, Daily reconciliations.
• Product wise accounting and collection for various promotional campaigns.
• Exchange, Stamp Duty, STT, Transaction charges accounting & reconciliations.
• Preparing daily cash flows, Treasury management for broking operations. Debtors-creditors management.
• Monitoring funding limits, Liaison with Rating Agencies.
• To Monitor securities settlement pay in / payouts, Daily reconciliations
• Collateral management, Pledge, Re-pledge of securities.
• Audit , Taxation & Statutory compliances, liaison with Internal auditors.Co-ordination with Exchange & Depositories
• To account for corporate actions, buy back, auctions etc.
• Set customer service standards, Interacting with branches.
• MIS reporting, Process documentation, Expense management and approvals.
