Job Description

1. Min 5 years of experience for DM & 7 to 8 years of experience in Product Management Role in Capital Market

2. Direct Experience in Banking / Lending / Fin Tech Industry across web & mobile.

3. A knack for understanding customer needs and translating into amazing products in capital market distributions

4. Deep Understanding of technical integrations in flutter & HTML 5 and Excellent Knowledge in API Integration across web & mobility

5. Analytical and meticulous - cab easily find the edge cases when developing business requirements

6. Project status tracking on continuous basis and publishing the status on daily basis in easily interpretable format for Management, comparing the status actual against expected and doing necessary escalations wherever applicable

7. Vendor shortlisting, coordination for vendor presentations, vendor onboarding

8. Documentation of In Principle notes / Sanction notes and getting them approved from Management

9. Ability to multi-task and meet deadlines under pressure

Ability to engage customers and ask them the right questions.
