KEY RESULT AREAS

1.Updating of Cash / Bank transactions & MIRO /Advances, clearing

2.Raising marketing material GRN's

Verifying & update all security deposits related entries for both customers & vendors from time to time.

3.MIS Reports on - Sales, Claims, Vehicle utilization,

4.Debtors reconciliation submission, Debtors statement submission highlighting over dues

5.Ensuring Data updating in SD modules

Closure of cash transactions and tallying with cash book

Ensuring deposit of cash into bank on daily basis / collection through Clapp

6.Stocks nearer to expiry submission to BM/SH, Imprest Advance statement submission

7.Budget vs actual S&D costs report, Costing statement of sales office

8.Physical verification activities of cash, stocks and assets at sales office

9.Maintaining crates reconciliations on a monthly basis.

Training to cashier

Internal auditor/statutory auditor/PEC reports/replies, rectifications & Non - recurrence of Internal audit

Desired Candidate Profile

* Graduate / Post Graduate in Commerce with 2 to 3 yrs of Experience

* only SAP FICO Experience candidates shall be considered for this position*
