Job Description

Work directly with Clients via the onsite/offshore working models to ensure timely project delivery
Ensure smooth communication between Document Specialists / Project Coordinators / Client / Onsite for all project-related deliverables
Accurately track data in order to support Operations with other performance metrics like quality of work and the efficiency of production
Be involved in all training programs organized by Williams Lea as part of continual improvement
