Job Description for Java Lead Developer

• Has experience between 8 to 14 years in IT industry
• Relevant of 3+ years in design and development into java backend
• Has strong technical expertise in core java, spring framework(spring boot), JPA, hibernate etc
• Good knowledge of microservice architecture and design patterns
• Should have done at least 2 projects in microservice development using Spring Boot
• Good to have knowledge on Docker container, Kubernetes
• Good experience on MySql database
• Good knowledge of performance tuning and profiling of java enterprise applications
• Good to have GPC expertise/ knowledge
• Should have good technical leadership skills and able to technically guide team of 7 to 8 team members
• Should be able to perform design and code reviews and guide the team Roles and Responsibilities
