Ensure unit is profitable and meeting month over month persistency target, cancelation of policy under control
Analyse business numbers to identify opportunities and GAPS for corrective actions
Ensure team is aware about new products and sales Processes through proper training and mentoring
Improve existing processes to enhance productivity and overall performance of the team. Address customer and employee satisfaction issues promptly
Adhere to high ethical standards, and comply with all regulations/applicable laws
