We are looking for talented Network Engineers to join our growing Support & Community team. The
position requires the Support Engineer to become a product expert and work directly with customers to
troubleshoot and solve network related issues, as well as engineering teams to help improve the products. In
this highly visible role, the ideal candidate will be a self-starter and enjoy working in a fast-paced
environment.
REQUIREMENTS:
1 to 2 years experience in an Network Engineers role will be preferred (hands-on experience on WiFi
Access Points, wired Routers & Switches will be an added advantage)
CCNA level background highly preferred
Engineering, Computer Science or related degrees will be preferred
Good understanding of Networking concepts, Routing & Switching
DHCP, Firewall, VLAN, VPN, Wireless Technology and other networking hardware
Readiness to work in fixed night shifts
Fresher with excellent communication skills may also apply
TECHNICAL SKILLS:
Good knowledge of TCP/IP, OSI model, Routing & Switching Protocols
Good knowledge of network monitoring and reporting tools
Ability to provide accurate diagnosis and suggest resolution to resolve network issues & outages
Ability to follow and respect procedures rigorously
Ability to follow support processes (ticket updates, incident/problem management, user
communications etc.)
Sensitive to service quality and customer satisfaction
Self-motivated to meet aggressive deadlines in a rapid development environment
Excellent multi-tasking skills
COMMUNICATION SKILLS:
Excellent Spoken & Written English skills
Good at explaining (Technical Articulation over Chat & Email)
Ability to handle high workload, priorities, activities and manage stress
Organised in terms of record keeping, timely responses, reporting and escalations
