We are looking for an experienced Team Leader, preferably from a telesales background. Who can handle pressure and manage the teams productivity. It would be a pilot batch for selling AMC services for appliances.

Roles and Responsibilities:

Making Outbound calls in the domestic market.
Provide information verbally clearly and effectively.
Has to sell subscriptions to particular customers.
Needs to achieve the target.
Data will be given by the client.
Team Handling.
Oversee day-to-day teams' operation and performance.
Do regular performance evaluation.
Must be able to fulfil the targets with the team.
