We at Max Healthcare corporate office Noida are looking for a Social media Brand & Communications professional like you for one of the position in our Digital marketing department.
Job Purpose:
To handle Social Media Content for the brand Max Healthcare and its sister concerns, with a focus on content production and management.
Background:
- Max Healthcare has grown rapidly expanding its footprint across India and International Markets
- Social media platforms such as YouTube and Facebook have collaborated exclusively with Max Healthcare to generate user-friendly content across multiple healthcare verticals for their users.
- Max Healthcare also has 2 SBUs- Max Lab and ***@ho*e and educational initiatives under MIME.
Key Responsibilities:
- Lead and manage video content creation for all social media handles, including YouTube, Facebook, Instagram, LinkedIn, and Twitter.
- End-to-end ideation, management and creative supervision of the video content that goes live on brands social media handles - scripting, recee, overseeing production and editing, SEO management and posting.
- Lead and creatively supervise YouTube + Max Healthcare collaboration series a series of videos aimed at creating healthcare education, shot with Max doctors.
- Plan, manage and collaborate with different stakeholders (marketing teams in different Max Healthcare hospitals, creative agency, production houses) for the monthly video content calendar
- Monitoring and tracking the performance of video content going live, derive learnings from the same to improvise brand content.
- Regular research and trend analysis to understand and leverage new and upcoming social media and video content trends
- Continuous database management of video content going live, work in the pipeline and creating a ready repository of the same
- Working along with third party vendors for their billing and finances across hospitals, ensuring a clear pipeline of funds and third party payments.

Job Requirements
- Minimum 2 years of experience in production media house/s with expertise in developing digital media & Brand.
- Must have very good Social media presence for self and the current employer.
