Job Description

• Converting enquiries into admissions
• Handle Telephonic queries and document the details
• Performing counselling for interested candidates by making outbound calls.
• Complete daily Outbound calls quota & talk time through allocated leads
• Create sales pipe lines and convert the leads to meet and exceed targets
• Ensure Process compliance and timely reporting
• Inspecting clients' career-related aspirations, concerns, and uncertainties throughout the consultation process.
• One has to be ready to convince individuals through their words on the phone itself.
• Evaluate clients' educational and work backgrounds in order to help them determine what they need to do next to achieve their goals
