Roles and Responsibilities


1 Outbound calls as per the leads received from support teams (Marketing, Admin-support).

2. Should have the capability to judge the requirements of the students and should be able to convert in to the admission.

3. Should have capacity to handle a team of approximately 25 outbound telesales members.


Desired Candidate Profile

1-Minimum experience of 2 years recommended in Team leading.

2-Should be capable to work under pressure and target handling.

3. Good communication skills.(Fluency in English and Hindi both is must)

4. Highly organized and mature with respect to human relationships and can get the job done.

5. Candidate should be comfortable for target-based job.

6. can generate revenue .

Salary package
